Sitting Details for using M20 Anchor bolt with RE-500 V3

Please advise for sitting details (See attached for required info.) to use M20 anchor bolt with RE-500 V3 into the concrete column noting the following:-
1) Concrete grade is 30 MPA 2) Anchor bolt info. are ( Bolt length 380 mm -- Required Embedment 305 mm -- M20 Hex weld nuts width (S) 40 mm )

Thanks for your question.
If its HAS U anchor then attached is the setting details for all anchor sizes in HAS U.

Not HAS-U anchor. It's an anchor with welded nut (See attached DWGs with question). The outside diameter of the nut (s) that will be inside the hole is 40 mm.
